Training Fee for Each New Aesthetician	Currently no charge for virtual support. If support is provided by the Corporate onboarding team any location or HQ, the current fee is $500 per new hire. If actual travel and lodging expenses are necessary then the franchisees will be billed for these expenses.
Additional Services Training	Currently, no charge for aestheticians who attend virtual training, if offered. If training is provided on-site at the franchisee’s location the franchisor will charge $500 – $1,000 per day, plus actual travel and lodging expenses per trainer.
EDU Courses	All Franchisees are eligible to attend all Lash and Company Edu courses free of charge.
Retail Recharge	Currently, not charged.
Peer Compliance Committee Default Fee	Up to $1,000 per violation.
Renewal Fee	$4,000, reduced to $3,000 if the franchisor receives the fee, and all signed renewal documents, at least 30 days before the franchise expires.
Transfer Fee	$7,500 or $12,000
Relocation Fee	$1,500 plus the franchisor’s expenses.

Insufficient Funds Fee	$100 per check that franchisees submit to the franchisor that is returned for insufficient funds, and $100 each time that the franchisor is unable to collect via EFT due to insufficient funds.
Resale Assistance Program	$549, plus $99 per month until franchisees sell their business or decide to terminate their participation in the program. These prices are per Lash and Company.
Re-Invention Program	$0.25 per square foot per month.
Recertification Training Fee	$500 – $1,000 per day, plus actual travel and lodging expenses per trainer.
Additional Email Addresses	$20 per month for each additional 5 email addresses and mailboxes.
