Lash and Company Education is our way of ensuring that as we grow, we can help elevate our industry by training high quality aesthetic artists in premier state-approved* beginning and advanced courses covering basics of Esthetics to more complex services like laser, eyelashes, permanent makeup, and more.

All of our courses are designed to provide you with hands-on training and help you develop and grow your practice. Taught by industry experts and certified trainers, Lash and Company’s courses place a special emphasis on hands-on training.
The small class sizes guarantee individualized attention and a chance to fully immerse yourself in our refined and tested training programs, designed specifically to cater to the needs of today’s aesthetic market.
Our brand new training facility is located conveniently off of I-25 providing easy access to classes and extra trainings. We only have state-of-the-art technology to train all students with the most cutting-edge methods, techniques, and styles.
Below are short descriptions of all of the courses we offer.
Esthetics
Our Esthetics course is a 600-Hour program comprised of lecture, practical demonstration, training, and testing.
The 600 Hours are completed over the course of 6 months with Monday class being mandatory and training scheduled Tuesday-Friday of the rest of the week.
Our Esthetics course covers all of the mandatory information needed to become a licensed Aesthetician, with the Lash and Company touch to ensure that you will become a successful, professional, and personable Aesthetician.
Permanent Makeup
Our Permanent Makeup Course is a 132 hour program that is completed over the course of 5 weeks on Friday and Saturdays.
The course is comprised of training to ensure that you leave with the skills and confidence necessary to perform permanent makeup procedures such as eyebrows, eyeliner, and lip coloring.
Every student that completes the course gets a certificate of completion showing that they are trained and able to perform Permanent Makeup services.
Eyelash Extensions
Our Eyelash Extensions course is a one-day 8 hour course that equips students with the skills to perform high-quality lash extensions.
The course is comprised of training to ensure that you will be certified with the skills to isolate, apply, remove, and maintain high quality eyelash extensions.
Upon completion of the course, every student will receive a certification showing that they are trained and certified in the art of Eyelash Extensions.
Dermaplaning
Our Dermaplaning course is a 14-hour course to be completed over two days that teaches you the skills necessary to safely and efficiently dermaplane skin.
The course is comprised of training and hands-on experience to be sure that you understand the technique needed to effectively dermaplane skin.
Upon completion of the course, every student will receive a certification showing that you are trained and certified in the art of Dermaplaning.
Chemical Peels
Our Chemical Peels course is a 24-hour course to be completed over three days that teaches you the necessary theory and skill needed to safely perform chemical peels.
The course is comprised of educational training and hands-on experience to be sure that you understand the proper preparation, application, and post care needed for chemical peels.
Upon completion of the course, every student will receive a certification showing that you are trained and certified to perform Chemical Peels.
Microneedling
Our Microneedling course is a 14-hour course completed over two days that teaches you the technique, skill, and theory needed to safely perform Microneedling treatments.
The course is comprised of educational training and hands-on experience to be sure that you maintain confidence to be able to perform microneedling on clients with precision and safety.
Upon completion of the course, every student will receive a certification showing that you are trained and certified to perform Microneedling treatments.
Cosmetic Lasers
Our Cosmetic Lasers course is a mixture of online education and in person training to be completed over 50 hours.
The online training is 10 hours and then there is a required 40 hours of hands on clinical training.
Our Cosmetic Laser training is designed to train Aestheticians the fundamentals of how lasers work, describe the clinical applications in the industry, and promote an understanding of laser safety for both the client and practitioner.
Advanced IPL
Our Advanced IPL course is the next step of training after our Cosmetic Lasers course. The Advanced IPL course is a 12-hour course completed over two days that teaches you more advanced techniques and applications of IPL.
The course is comprised of educational training and hands-on experience to be sure that you understand the necessary application and safety of the treatments.
Upon completion of the course, every student will receive a certification showing that you are trained and certified to perform Advanced IPL treatments.
Cosmetic Injectables
Our Cosmetic Injectables course is a 32-hour course completed over four days that teaches you beginning and advanced techniques needed to successfully perform injectable services.
The course is comprised of class theory, hands-on experience and demonstration to ensure that every student is confident when performing an injectables service.
All students who complete the course receive a certification showing that you are trained and certified to perform Cosmetic Injectables.
