Before Your Appointment
After you book your service, you’ll receive an email and text with a link to our intake paperwork. This quick step helps us tailor your appointment and includes:

✔️Our 24-hour cancellation policy
If you’re not able to complete it ahead of time, no problem, just plan to arrive 15 minutes early to finish the paperwork in-spa.
When You Arrive
Our spa is designed to give you a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Here’s how to prepare for your first visit:
- Lash clients: Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes.
- Facial or skin service? Arrive with a clean face to ensure the best results.
- If you’re coming from work or an event, not to worry, we can easily add-on a lash bath to your service.
- Feel free to use the restroom before your appointment begins.
- Plan for about 2 hours for a full lash set, 1 hour for fills, and 60 minutes for facials and most skincare services.
Your provider will greet you, escort you to your treatment room, and check in on your preferences. Want a blanket or extra pillow? Just ask — your comfort comes first.
During Your Service
We’ll take time to understand your beauty goals, so we can deliver results you’ll love:
- Bringing lash inspiration photos? Perfect! They help us get aligned on the style you’re after.
- Your provider will chat with you before the service begins to customize your look.
- During the service, you’re welcome to nap, chat (our artists are great listeners), or zone out with your favorite podcast.
- Before-and-after photos may be taken for your file. These will only be used in marketing if you sign our optional photo release form (included in your intake paperwork).
Aftercare + Checkout
When your treatment is complete:
- Your provider will share easy, effective aftercare tips to maintain your results
- We’ll recommend spa-quality retail products to help extend your results at home. From skincare to lash-safe cleansers
- You’re always welcome to ask questions. We love helping our clients feel confident and informed
At checkout, we’ll confirm if you’d like to pay with the card on file or another method. It’s also the perfect time to rebook your next appointment and stay on top of your beauty goals.

Q: What if I’m running late?
Answer: We totally get it, just give us a call. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you, but services may be shortened or rescheduled if needed.
Q: Can I bring a friend or child with me?
Answer: Because of the relaxing nature of our services and the size of our rooms, we kindly ask that only the client receiving the service be present in the treatment space.
Q: Will I have the same provider each time?
Answer: We’ll do our best! If you find a provider you love, we recommend rebooking at checkout to secure your spot.
Q: Do you offer med spa services at The Woodlands?
Answer: Not yet, but we specialize in lashes, brows, facials, microdermabrasion, waxing, spray tanning, and permanent makeup. Our goal is to expand our offerings soon!
