Before Your Appointment
Once your appointment is booked, you’ll receive a link via email and text to complete our intake paperwork. This helps us prepare for your visit and includes:

✔️Allergy info or skin concerns
✔️Our 24-hour cancellation policy
If you aren’t able to fill it out before arriving, we suggest coming 15 minutes early to complete it in the spa before your service begins.
When You Arrive
Our Johnstown location was designed with your comfort in mind. Here’s what to expect when you walk through our doors:
✔️Please arrive with clean lashes if you’re booked for lash extensions or a fill, and clean, makeup-free skin for skincare treatments.
✔️If you’re coming straight from work or another activity, no problem! We can easily add a lash bath to your service.
✔️Feel free to use the restroom before your service.
✔️Most appointments are about 2 hours for full lash sets, 1 hour for lash fills, and 60 minutes for facials. Med spa treatments like Botox or Skin Pen may vary in length.
Your provider will greet you and walk you to your treatment room. We’re happy to provide a blanket, neck pillow, or anything else you need to feel cozy and cared for.
During Your Service
- Lash clients: Feel free to bring lash inspiration photos from Instagram or Pinterest to help your provider understand your style goals.
- Your provider will review your preferences and share their expert recommendations.
- While receiving your service, you can chat, nap, or tune into your favorite podcast or playlist—whatever helps you relax.
- We may ask to take before-and-after photos for your client file (never used for marketing unless you sign the optional photo release form).
Aftercare + Checkout
- Your provider will share detailed aftercare instructions so you can enjoy long-lasting results.
- They’ll also introduce our curated retail products, perfect for extending your glow or lash retention at home.
- We welcome your questions and want you to feel educated and empowered after every visit.
At checkout, you’ll be asked if you’d like to pay with the card on file or another method. We’ll also help you rebook your next visit, because consistent care leads to the best results!

Answer: Please call us as soon as you can. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you, but your service may be shortened or rescheduled if needed to stay on schedule.
