Our Memberships have a minimum three (3) month commitment. There is no freeze or pause.
After the minimum commitment is fulfilled, a cancellation request can be submitted in writing a minimum of 30-days prior to your bill date.

Payment is taken when you sign up for the membership. For subsequent months, you will be billed on the same day of the month as your sign-up date.
Should payments be declined or missed, the membership may be subject to cancellation.
Remember: Use it or lose it! Membership treatments must be redeemed by the member each month and cannot be shared or transferred to another individual who has not purchased this program.
